🚴 Overview

• Fits bikes with rear dropouts ≥135mm (up to 145mm with cassette).
• Supports wheel sizes: 26” / 27.5” / 29” and disc brakes 160–202mm.
• Performance (with suitable battery): approx. 20–44 MPH ⚠️ Conditions apply (rider weight, terrain, weather).
• HG cassette body (7–10 speed). Not a freewheel.

🔧 Connectors

• Phase/Battery: Yellow MT60 phase & XT60 battery connector (kit now offered with MT60 phase).

⚙️ Controls & Limiter

• Display limiter: caps to ~250W / 15.5 mph and disables throttle to help comply with UK e-bike laws.
• Hardware limit option: connect the controller’s two blue wires (can be run via a simple 12 V on/off handlebar switch).
• Note: The PAS must be connected for the limit function to operate.

🧩 Compatibility & Options

• HG cassette body 1–10 speed (cassette not included). If using 7-speed, you’ll need a 2.5 mm spacer.
• Optional: add a 7/8/9/10-speed cassette from our store and we’ll pre-install it.
• Throttle choice: half-twist supplied; request full twist in buyer notes if preferred.

🛠️ Install Notes

• DIY skill required (many helpful YouTube guides available).
• Ensure axle sits correctly in dropouts; tighten both 19 mm nuts firmly.
• Remove rotor shipping spacer before fitting disc.
• Grease cassette spline before install.
• If wheel doesn’t spin freely, check phase wires aren’t touching.
• Use thread-lock on rotor bolts to protect the motor cable.
• Spokes may relax after first rides — re-tension as needed.
• For reliability, this kit is best suited to ~2000 W; not advised to exceed 60 V.
