⚙️ Compact 50A Sinewave Controller

The kit is supplied with a small, compact and powerful 50A sinewave controller, designed to deliver smooth acceleration and strong performance.

🎛️ UKC1 Plus Display Limiter

The kit comes with the UKC1 Plus display, which includes a built-in limiter option.

Press and hold the minus button for a couple of seconds to activate limiter mode:

• ✅ Throttle limited to approximately 6km/h
• ✅ Pedal assist limited to 25km/h / 15.5mph
• ✅ Designed to HELP comply with UK e-bike laws

🛡️ Custom Torque Arm System

This kit includes four stainless steel custom torque arms, designed by E Bike Power UK®.

You receive both styles so you can choose the best option depending on your bike’s dropout design:

• 2 x one-piece teardrop style torque arms
• 2 x two-piece torque arms

🛠️ Installation Tips

🔧 Make sure axle nuts and torque arms are fitted securely
🔧 Keep the motor cable away from the disc rotor
🔧 Check spoke tension after the first few rides
🔧 If the controller is placed inside the controller box, we recommend adding a few extra ventilation holes
🔧 Keep the motor phase cables away from the other cables, as they can get hot under heavy load
🔧 Ensure your frame and dropout spacing are suitable before ordering
🔧 Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with e-bike conversions

❓ FAQs

❓ Does this kit include brake sensors?
➡️ No. Brake sensors are optional and can be purchased separately for £19.99.

❓ Can I use throttle only?
➡️ Yes, throttle use is supported.

❓ What is the difference between M12 and M14?
➡️ The M12 version is for cassette setups using a Shimano HG style cassette body. The M14 version comes with a 7-speed freewheel pre-installed.

❓ Can this be limited?
➡️ Yes. The UKC1 Plus display limiter helps limit pedal assist to 25km/h / 15.5mph and throttle to around 6km/h.

• 12 months battery warranty when purchased with a battery option

Warranty excludes misuse, water damage, wear and tear, incorrect installation, abuse, or unauthorised modifications.
