🎛️ 40A–80A Programmable Sine Wave Controller
This kit includes a powerful 80A sine wave controller. The controller amperage can be programmed directly through the display from approximately 40A up to 80A, allowing the setup to be configured to suit your battery and requirements.

🎛️ When the kit is purchased together with our 72V 20Ah / 60A BMS battery, the controller is supplied pre-set to 60A.
⚠️ If using your own battery, the controller amperage must be configured appropriately for the continuous discharge capability of your battery/BMS.
🔒 Built-In 250W Limited Mode
The display features a convenient built-in limiter mode.
➖ Press and hold the minus (–) button for approximately 2–3 seconds to activate the limited mode.
- ⚡ Display indicates 250W mode
- 🚴 Pedal assist is limited to approximately 15.5mph
- 🚶 Throttle operates at approximately 3mph as walk assist
- 🔋 Power output is reduced to approximately a 250W-equivalent level

This is a high-powered 3000W conversion kit. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the bike and its use comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The limiter is a configurable feature of the kit and does not by itself determine the legal classification of a converted bicycle.

🛠️ Installation
These kits require a reasonable level of DIY and bicycle maintenance experience. Every bicycle is slightly different, so installation and adjustment may vary depending on the frame and components.
- ✅ Double-check battery fit before purchase
- 🔒 Ensure axle nuts and torque arms are correctly fitted and tightened
- 🔌 Handle the motor cable carefully during installation
- 🪢 Avoid overtightening cable ties around electrical cables
- ⚙️ Remove the plastic spacer before fitting the disc rotor
- 🔧 Removing the brake caliper can make wheel installation easier
- 🛠️ Crank removal tool supplied for PAS installation
- 🧴 Apply suitable thread lock to rotor bolts
- 🔩 Check spoke tension after the first few rides
- 🔐 Always install the supplied torque arms

- 🔒 Regularly check axle nuts and torque arms
- 🔌 Ensure the motor cable remains clear of the disc rotor
- 🛡️ Protect the wheel from corrosion and regularly inspect its condition
- 🔩 Check spoke tension periodically
