We offer high-quality electric conversion kits for bikes with rear dropouts of ≥135 mm and HG cassette drivetrains (1–11 speed). This 250W kit is compact yet powerful for its class. ⚡ (Actual performance depends on rider weight, terrain, and weather.)
Typical performance (private land): ~20–25 mph top speed (depends on rider weight/terrain) and ~15–30 miles per charge. For more torque and higher top speed, use a 48V or 54V battery.
UK public roads: Street Mode limits assist to 15.5 mph (25 km/h) with pedal assist only.

⚖️ Road-Legal Mode (UK)

• 🔘 Hold the down button on the display to activate road-legal mode
• 👣 “Walk/Person” icon shows when active
• 🚴 Limits PAS to 15.5 mph (25 km/h) and disables the throttle
• ✅ To be road-legal, use PAS only with the throttle off

⚙️ Cassette Options

We can install a 7/8/9/10-speed cassette if you add one to your order from our store.
ℹ️ 7-speed requires a 2.5 mm spacer.

🧩 Use Without Certain Accessories

• 🏁 You may run throttle-only or omit PAS on private land/off-road
• ⚠️ For road-legal use, PAS must be used and the throttle disabled

🛠️ Tips & Tricks

• 🔧 Chain whip & cassette tool required (available in our store)
• 🧲 Ensure the axle seats fully in the dropouts; tighten both 19 mm nuts
• 🛑 Remove the transport spacer before installing the disc rotor
• 🧴 Lightly grease the cassette spline before install
• 🛞 Use slime inner tubes to reduce punctures
• 🧷 Remove the brake caliper for easier wheel installation
• 🔌 If the wheel doesn’t spin freely, check phase wires aren’t touching
• 🧵 Apply thread-lock to rotor bolts to protect the motor cable
• 🗜️ Recheck spoke tension after initial rides
• 🦾 Fit a torque arm if possible for added safety
