Please note rider weight, terrain, whether plays a factor in the performances.

Our kits have been designed to suit most types of bikes. example

26 Inch, 27.5 Inch, 29 Inch Wheel size.

Legality

This kit is not road legal.

There is a function on the controller (two blue wires)

This function will limit the bike to approximately 15.5 mph in all power modes.

Please note rider weight will make a differences.

You can disable the throttle via the display

These features help to compile with the UK E-Bike laws

These kits do take a certain level of DIY experiences to install. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help you out.

Please take your time when installing this kit as this is a DIY kit and all bikes are different.

Make sure you do plenty of research the help guide you to a successful build.

Tips & Tricks,

Tip. Please double check the battery will fit your bike.

Tip. Please ensure both axle nuts are tight.

Tip. Please ensure your take care of your motor cable upon installation.

Use good quality cable ties.

Tip. Remove the plastic spacer when installing your disc rota.

Tip. We recommend a 203mm disc rotor and adaptor plate on the rear as the hub motor is big and it’s possible it may rub on your rear brake calliper.

Tip.

Tip. Use a slime inner tube. Just makes it better is you get regular punchers.

Trick. Remove your brake calliper before you install your wheel. This makes it easier.

Tip. You will need a crank removal tool to remove your crank if you are fitting the Pedal Assist Sensor.(This is supplied)

TIP. Use thread lock on your disc rotor bolts. This will prevent your disc rotor bolts coming loose and damaging the power cable to the motor.

TIP. the wheels spokes may relax. You may need to tighten some spokes after a test ride.

TIP. We recommend fitting the torque arm supplied (this kit comes with one)

 

MAINTENANCES.

Please do regular checks on your bike.

Axle nuts & torque arms are tight.

Motor cable is clear from the disc rota.

Coat your wheel in GT85. This helps to protect it from any corrosion.

We recommend that you always take care of your DIY e-bike build for longevities, safety & a reliable bike.

Your battery is shipped separably to your kit.

You will receive two boxes.

All orders will be fully inspected & tested prior to dispatch. You order will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.

We Use DPD, UPS, Parcelforce & Royal Mail this all depends on your whereabouts within the UK & the size of your order.

All orders are full tracked.

If you need a weekend delivery, please ask as we can do this for you.
