This kit does NOT come with a battery!

These kits are very powerful & does require a good understand of how to build an E Bike.

Here we offer the best of quality electric conversion kits for your bike.

Our kits are suited to all bikes that have rear dropouts with a minimum width of 135mm.

135mm is Single speed.142mm is for 7 Speed Plus.

We can offer a single, 8 or 9 Speed freewheel.

Please stipulate on your order, or we will send you a 7 speed by default, Thanks!

Please note 7, 8 or 9 speed will increase your drop out size by around 5-7 mm.

These kits are powerful and can do up to 50 MPH.

(Please note rider weight, terrain, whether plays a factor in the performances)

These kits have been made to suit most types of bikes. example

·       26 Inch, 27.5 Inch, 29 Inch Wheel sizes,

·       135mm-142mm rear dropout size.

·       Rear disc brakes from 160mm to 202mm.

•     3000W brushless Gearless Hub Motor with 45H magnets 3.5T Speed windings,
•     Dual hall sensor. 7 speed freewheel requires a bike with a 142mm Dropout. Single speed is 135mm.
•     7 FREEWHEEL or you can use a single 8 0r 9 speed. This will increase your dropout size.
•     All Black MTX 39 Lightweight Double Wall Aluminium Rim. 41mm wide.
•     Can hold up to a 3 Inch tyre.

You can use throttle only is you wish. We supply all the above in the kit, whether you use all the above or just one or two of the options the kit still performs as it should.

Note,

These kits do take a certain level of DIY experiences to install. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help you out.

Please take your time when installing this kit as this is a DIY kit and all bikes are different.

Make sure you do plenty of research the help guide you to a successful build.

Warranty,

We provide a 6 month warranty on all our kits.

We can only provide a warranty on the kits if the kit is used with one of our batteries.

Tips & Tricks,

Tip. Please ensure both axle nuts are tight.

Tip. Please ensure your take care of your motor cable upon installation.

Use good quality cable ties.

Tip. Remove the plastic spacer when installing your disc rota.

Tip. We recommend a 203mm disc rots and adaptor plate on the rear as the hub motor is big and it’s possible it may rub on your rear brake calliper.

Tip.

Tip. Use a slime inner tube. Just makes it better is you get regular punchers.

Trick. Remove your brake calliper before you install your wheel. This makes it easier.

Tip. If your wheel doesn’t spin freely after you have installed it, make sure the 3 phases wires are not touching.

Tip. You will need a crank removal tool to remove your crank if you are fitting the Pedal Assist Sensor.

TIP. Use thread lock on your disc rotor bolts. This will prevent your disc rotor bolts coming loose and damaging the power cable to the motor.

For longevity & reliability this kit is best suited to 3000w of power.

TIP. the wheels spokes may relax. You may need to tighten some spokes after a test ride.

TIP. We recommend fitting two torque arms (this kit only comes with two) Please fit them both in different orientations.

Please ensure your dropouts are strong & are in good condition.

This kit needs to be installed correctly to prevent any damage to you, your bike or the kit.

This kit is not road legal.

MAINTENANCES.

 Please do regular checks on your bike.

These kits do cost a lot of money and do require a good level or maintenance.

·     Axle nuts & torque arms are tight.

·     Motor cable is clear from the disc rota.

·     Coat your wheel in GT85. This helps to protect it from any corrosion.

·     We recommend that you always take care of your DIY e-bike build for longevities, safety & a reliable bike.
