This kit is only available in rear single speed 27.5” wheel
Please note rider weight, terrain, whether plays a factor
in the performances.
These kits have been made to suit most types of bikes.
Example:

27.5 Inch Wheel size.
135mm with a 7-speed rear dropout size
Rear disc brakes from 160mm to 202mm
RIM & DISC BRAKES ARE SUPPORTED.

These kits can be used without.
– Magnetic brake Levers, (optional)
– Pedal assist sensor, (optional)

You can use throttle only is you wish. We supply all the
above in the kit, whether you use all the above or not.

NOTE,

These kits do take a certain level of DIY experiences to
install. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help you
out.
Please take your time when installing this kit as this is a
DIY kit and all bikes are different.
Make sure you do plenty of research to help guide you
to a successful build.

WARRANTY,

3-month warranty on your kits.
12-month warranty on your battery.
Warranty doesn’t include.
Abuse or water damage.
If you remove any of the original connectors or labels
without our consent your warranty will be void!
All warranty repairs are covered by us.

TIPS & TRICKS,

Tip. Please double check the battery will fit your bike.
Tip. Please ensure both axle nuts are tight.
Tip. Please ensure your take care of your motor cable upon installation.
Use good quality cable ties.
Tip. Remove the plastic spacer when installing your disc rota.
Tip. Use a slime inner tube. Just makes it better is you get regular punchers.
Trick. Remove your brake calliper before you install your wheel. This makes it easier.
Tip. If your wheel doesn’t spin freely after you have installed it, make sure the 3 phases wires are not
touching.
Tip. You will need a crank removal tool to remove your crank if you are fitting the Pedal Assist Sensor. This is supplied.
TIP. Use thread lock on your disc rotor bolts. This will prevent your disc rotor bolts coming loose.
TIP. For longevity & reliability this kit is best suited to 3000W of power.
TIP. the wheels spokes may relax. You may need to tighten some spokes after a test ride.
TIP. We recommend fitting the torque arm supplied.

MAINTENANCES.

Please do regular checks on your bike.
Axle nuts & torque arms are tight.
Motor cable is clear from the disc rota.
Coat your wheel in GT85. This helps to protect it from any corrosion.
We recommend that you always take care of your DIY e-bike build for longevities, safety & a reliable bike.

SHIPPING,

Your battery is shipped separably to your kit.
You will receive two boxes.
All orders will be fully inspected & tested prior to dispatch. You order will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment.
We Use DPD, UPS, Parcelforce & Royal Mail this all depends on your whereabouts within the UK &
the size of your order.
All orders are full tracked.
If you need a weekend delivery, please ask as we can do this for you.
