With a rear cassette suiting bikes with gears from 7 to 10 speed.

These kits are powerful and can do 20-44 MPH with the correct battery.

These kits have been made to suit most types of bikes. example

·       26 Inch, 27.5 Inch, 29 Inch Wheel sizes, gear range from 7-10 speed cassette.

·       135mm rear dropout size.

·       Rear disc brakes from 160mm to 202mm.

Cassette Options.

If you would like us to install an 7,8,9,10 speed cassette. YOU NEED TO add one to your order from our store & we can install it for you.

Please note, If your using a 7 speed, YOU WILL NEED A 2.5MM SPACER.

Accessory Options.

These kits can be used without.

• Magnetic brake sensors, (optional)
• Magnetic brake Levers, (optional)
• Pedal assist sensor,
• You can use throttle only is you wish.

We supply all the above in the kit, whether you use all the above or just one or two of the options the kit still performs as it should.

Note,

These kits do take a certain level of DIY experiences to install. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help you out.

This kit can be restricted to the UK legal 250W

(By connecting the two blue wires on the speed controller) This can also be done by fitting a simple 12v on switch to your handlebars.

This kit DOES NOT come with a battery.

• 48V battery with a 30 Amp BMS will do around 28-33 MPH.

• 52V battery with a 40 Amp BMS will do around 33-38 MPH.

• 60V battery with a 50 Amp BMS will do around 38-40 MPH.

• 72V battery with a 60 Amp BMS will do around 40-44 MPH.

All the above figures have been tested on a 29 Inch Wheel with an 80KG rider on flat, smooth, dry terrain with an outside temperature of 18 degrees.

Also, the higher the voltage the more torque the motor will produce.

Warranty,

We provide a 6-month warranty on all our kits.

We can only provide a warranty on the kits if the kit is used with one of our batteries

Tips & Tricks,

Tip. You will need a chain whip and cassette removal tool.

WE SELL THIS IN OUR STORE.

Please ensure the axle is located correctly in your bike’s dropouts.

Please ensure both 19mm nuts are tight.

Tip. Remove the plastic spacer when installing your disc rota.

Tip. Make sure you grease your cassette spline before you install.

Tip. Use a slime inner tube. Just makes it easier if you get regular punchers.

Trick. Remove your brake calliper before you install your wheel. This makes it easier.

Tip. If your wheel doesn’t spin freely after you have installed it, make sure the 3 phases wires are not touching.

Tip. You will need a crank removal tool to remove your crank if you are fitting the Pedal Assist Sensor.

TIP. Use thread lock on your disc rotor bolts. This will prevent your disc rotor bolts coming loose and damaging the power cable to the motor.

For longevity & reliability this kit is best suited to 2000w of power.

TIP. the wheels spokes may relax. You may need to tighten some spokes after a test ride.

TIP. If possible, we recommend fitting two torque arms (this kit only comes with one)
