THERE ARE NO BATTERIES SUPPLIED WITH THIS KIT.
This is a 24 Inch wheel conversion kit. with two controller options.
The reason we offer this is due to the size of your frame & performance requirements.

Option 1. 45 AMP Square wave universal voltage controller 48V 52V 60V 72V.
This option offers you the ability to run a higher voltage for more torque & a higher top speed.
This controller is fitted with a limit functions, this will enable you to half the speed and power.
Please note this doesn’t come with the handlebar switch.

Option 2. 40 AMP Sine Wave Controller 36V 48V 52V
This option is best suit for a rider that’s not looking for the high-end performance & speed.
Also offering a headlight & the handlebar limit switch. The limit switch will disable the throttle a limit. The bikes speed to 15.5MPH to comply with the UK E Bike laws.
The Sine Wave technology offer a very smooth and quite power delivery.

Note,

These kits do take a certain level of DIY experiences to install. There are lots of videos on YouTube to help you out. Please take your time when installing this kit as this is a DIY kit, as all bikes are different.
Make sure you do plenty of research the help guide you to a successful build.

We provide a 3-month warranty on all our kits.

Legality

The controller can be limited to half speed.
The throttle can be turned off via the display.

Tips & Tricks,

Tip. Please ensure both axle nuts are tight.
Tip. Please ensure your take care of your motor cable upon installation. Use good quality cable ties.
Tip. Remove the plastic spacer when installing your disc rota.
Tip. Use a slime inner tube. Just makes it better is you get regular punchers.
Trick. Remove your brake calliper before you install your wheel. This makes it easier.
Tip. You will need a crank removal tool to remove your crank if you are fitting the Pedal Assist Sensor.
TIP. Use thread lock on your disc rotor bolts. This will prevent your disc rotor bolts coming loose and damaging the power cable to the motor. For longevity & reliability this kit is best suited to 2000w
of power with a maximum voltage of 52V
TIP. the wheels spokes may relax. You may need to tighten some spokes after a test ride.
TIP. We recommend fitting two torque arms (this kit comes with two) Please fit them both.

MAINTENANCES.

lease do regular checks on your bike.
Axle nuts & torque arms are tight.
Motor cable is clear from the disc rota.
Coat your wheel in GT85. This helps to protect it from any corrosion.
We recommend that you always take care of your DIY e-bike build for longevities, safety & a reliable bike.
