Option 1 – Conversion Kit Only:
Complete 1500W conversion kit including the motor wheel, controller, display, throttle and accessories. Battery and charger are not included with this option.
Option 2 – Conversion Kit + 48V 20Ah Battery:
Complete 1500W conversion kit supplied with our compact 48V 20Ah lithium-ion battery, 40A BMS and 54.6V 3A charger with UK plug.

📱 40A Bluetooth Sine Wave Controller
The kit includes a 40A sine wave Bluetooth controller which can be programmed through the compatible mobile app.
The Bluetooth programming system allows you to adjust controller parameters and customise the riding experience to suit your requirements.

- View real-time controller and battery information
- Adjust controller current and power output
- Configure low-voltage protection settings
- Adjust acceleration response
- Adjust pedal assist speed levels
- Configure regenerative braking settings where supported
- Motor phase and hall sensor self-learning

- Configure speed restriction parameters
250W Limit Mode:
The Bluetooth app allows the controller to be configured for restricted operation, including a 15.5mph (25km/h) pedal assist speed limit and throttle restrictions.
Once configured, the limiter mode can be activated using the upper arrow button on the SW900 display.

Important: Restricted controller settings do not automatically make a 1500W rated motor UK road legal. Please refer to the legal notice below.
🔩 Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Torque Arms
The kit is supplied with 2 heavy-duty torque arms – one of each style.
Both are manufactured from 6mm stainless steel and designed to provide additional axle support for high-powered hub motor installations.
If your particular frame or installation requires additional torque arms, these must be purchased separately.

⚠️ Important Legal Notice
High-powered e-bike conversion kits rated at 1500W do not meet the standard UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) motor power requirement of 250W maximum continuous rated power.
The ability to configure a controller to restrict motor output, pedal assist speed or throttle operation does not, by itself, make a 1500W rated motor compliant with UK EAPC legislation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the completed bicycle is used only where legally permitted and complies with all applicable regulations.
