Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to E Bike Power UK®. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website (www.ebikepoweruk.com) you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service & Conditions of Sale. These terms govern your relationship with E Bike Power UK® in relation to any product or service we supply. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase products from us.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Order Placement & Contract Formation
By placing an order with E Bike Power UK®, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
- All details provided during the order process must be accurate, complete, and current.
- You must be the authorised user of the payment method used.
- Sufficient funds must be available to complete the transaction.
Once an order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email and the goods have been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be dispatched separately. Each shipment constitutes a separate contract.
Pricing, Availability & Errors
We strive to ensure all pricing and product information on our website is accurate. However, errors can occur.
- If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- We are under no obligation to fulfil orders based on incorrect pricing.
Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are calculated separately and displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Availability information is updated regularly, but stock levels may change without warning. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
Warranty Policy
At E Bike Power UK®, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty under the following terms:
- Wheel kits: 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Batteries: 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty coverage is subject to the following conditions: - The product must be used for its intended purpose and not subjected to abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Water damage, incorrect installation, or modification of connectors, cables, or internal components will void the warranty.
- Removing OEM labels, seals, or opening sealed units without written authorisation will void the warranty.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Replacement items or repairs do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products purchased for resale are not covered unless you are an approved wholesale partner.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending an item back for warranty assessment. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
Product Specifications & Installation Responsibility
All specifications, compatibility data, and product details provided by E Bike Power UK® are given in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, specifications may change without notice due to product improvements or manufacturer updates.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are installed correctly and safely.
- We strongly recommend that e-bike conversion kits and related components be installed by a qualified bicycle technician.
- E Bike Power UK® is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation or improper use.
Payment Terms
We accept payment via secure online checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order processing.
For orders paid through finance or Klarna, dispatch will occur only once all agreements have been signed and verified.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in VAT or manufacturer costs. If you do not accept the new price, you are entitled to a full refund.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover any goods already dispatched.
Delivery & Risk
We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe. Standard UK delivery is typically 1–3 working days from dispatch. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control do not constitute breach of contract.
- UK orders are shipped via DPD, Royal Mail, ParcelForce, FedEx, DHL, UPS or our own delivery service.
- Once goods are delivered and signed for, they become the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers must notify us in writing of any shortages, damages, or discrepancies within 5 working days of receipt.
Delivery is available within the UK mainland unless otherwise agreed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred.
Liability & Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Bike Power UK® will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Property damage
- Personal injury resulting from improper installation or use
- Lost income, business interruption, or profits
- Claims from third parties arising from your use of our products
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
Use of high-powered conversion kits on public roads may contravene UK law. We are not responsible for any fines, legal penalties, or consequences arising from unlawful use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their bike complies with local laws and regulations.
EAPC Compliance & Legal Use Disclaimer
E Bike Power UK® supplies products that can comply with UK EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations when configured appropriately.
- 250 W kits are compliant when used with pedal assist only and speed-limited to 15.5 mph (25 km/h).
- Kits with higher power ratings (1000 W+, 1500 W+, 2000 W+) are not road-legal in the UK if used on public highways. They are supplied for off-road or private-land use only, with the landowner’s permission.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they use the products legally in their country or region. Misuse or modification of kits beyond their legal configuration is done at the customer’s own risk.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, product names, and designs, is the intellectual property of E Bike Power UK® and is protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws.
- “E Bike Power UK®” and associated product names are registered trademarks.
- Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property, in whole or in part, without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or organisation found infringing on our intellectual property rights.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns under the policy below.
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund:
• The item must be unused, unfitted, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
• The item must be returned securely packaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or we sent the incorrect item.
If you return an order because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, a collection fee of £24.99 will be deducted from your refund. If the original box is not available, an additional £15 will be charged for replacement packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. We are unable to process refunds without valid proof of purchase.
Reviews, Comments & User Content
We encourage customers to submit reviews, comments, and product questions on our website. By doing so, you grant E Bike Power UK® a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content on our website and marketing materials.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Wholesale & Trade Terms
Wholesale and trade accounts are available for approved business customers.
- Wholesale pricing and bulk order discounts are available on request.
- Minimum order quantities may apply.
- Warranty and returns terms may differ from standard retail terms and will be agreed upon at the time of order.
- Resellers must not misrepresent E Bike Power UK® products or trademarks.
- All trade customers must comply with applicable local and national laws when reselling our products.

Customer Returns Form
If you wish to cancel, return, or exchange an order please fill in the form below and a member of staff will be in contact within 48 hours to assist. Returns can be processed quicker if all required information is added.
Terms & Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.
Please note:
1. If your order was sent incorrectly, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item. It is important that you the buyer are in on the designated day of the arranged collection.
2. If we have delivered the correct order but upon inspection, you decide the order is not the one for you, we will charge you £24.99 for collection. If you do not have the original box, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.
We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders.
1-3 days
Delivery estimates above are once the order has been dispatched and does not include the time taken for us to receive your item if coming from a supplier, or to prepare the order. Please order by midday for next day/am services, and midday on Friday for Saturday services. These estimates are based on in-stock items, please see the basket for the latest information on specific products and note the quoted delivery date estimate.
We use different carriers and services depending on the item, typically DPD, DHL, UPS, Fedex, ParcelForce couriers, which you will see in the basket. We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a more enhanced service at no extra charge to you should we deem it appropriate. For example, upgrading you from standard courier bike delivery to our personal delivery service.
This list is for guidance only and is not exhaustive, we will always ship via the most appropriate means.
We also do not ship internationally.
FAQ’s
What does “other warehouse” mean?
If an item is listed as in stock at “other warehouse”, this means that the location of the stock is currently with our supplier or in a secondary warehouse of ours. Although available to be ordered, there will be an additional lead time to receive into our main warehouse before despatch to you.
The Kit I want is showing as available to pre-order or backorder, but the estimated dispatch date is several months from now. Why is this?
The Kit is for pre-order, so we don’t currently have it in stock. The estimated dispatch date is when we expect to have it ready to be collected by our courier after it arrives in our warehouse.
How reliable are the estimated dispatch dates?
The estimated dispatch dates are based on the most up-to-date information we have from our suppliers. On occasion, bikes may arrive earlier or later than these dates. If you place an order, we will contact you if there are any significant changes to the original date.
The product I want is out of stock. When will you be receiving more?
If an item is listed as out of stock on our website, the best way to find out when new stock might be coming in, is to click ‘notify’ on the product page. You’ll receive an email when the product is available to order.
How can I change the delivery address on my order?
If you have paid via PayPal or Klarna, we are not able to amend the delivery address on your order.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email which includes your order number. If your order is for home delivery, you will receive a dispatch note with tracking details when it leaves our warehouse.
When will my order be delivered?
Please refer to your order confirmation for the estimated delivery window for your order.
Orders can be delivered 7 days a week depending on the selected courier. Most of our chosen couriers do offer a delivery window but tracking details will be provided when your order is dispatched. Delivery is usually the next working day.
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch note via email. This will include tracking details for the relevant courier unless your order is to be delivered by our personal E Bike Power UK’s driver. In this case, they will contact you the day before to make sure someone will be available to take the delivery.
After my estimated delivery window, my order hasn’t arrived, and I haven’t received tracking details.
