Terms of Service

By placing an order via our website (www.ebikepoweruk.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please see our (Delivery page) for further information.

To contract with E Bike Power UK, you must be over 18 years of age. E Bike Power UK retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. E Bike Power UK retains the right to accept or reject this before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A dispatch email will be sent confirming this.

Please note for orders with multiple items they may be dispatched in separate parcels and at separate times; and that receipt of the dispatch notification does not constitute a formal contract for the full order until all items have been dispatched.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact, we shall cancel the order. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such as additional charges where applicable and included in the ‘Grand Total’.

This website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Warranty

We provide a 3-month warranty on all our wheel kits & 12 months on our batteries.

Warranty will not cover abuse.

Warranty will not cover abuse or water damage.

If you remove any of the original OEM connectors or labels or open any closed parts without our consent your warranty will be void!

The warranty is only covered if the manufacturer will deem the product is faulty.

We have the right to recall any item if we or the manufacture deem there is any manufacturing defects.

Our warranty does not cover the resale of any of our products. The warranty is only offered to the original buyer.

All warranty repairs are covered by us.

Buyer pays for the shipping.

Product Specifications

Published specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. E Bike Power UK shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability of any parts required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description, we will rectify this providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns page for details.

We recommend that all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. E Bike Power UK cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

Please ensure that you have read the warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item. E Bike Power UK cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturers guarantee may stipulate that you use a suitably qualified cycle technician.

We do not offer any warranty to buys who purchased our products with intent to resell. 

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to dispatch all parts within the quoted time, some products presented are our held within our supplier’s warehouses for these items we are reliant upon third party information. If there is a delay to your order, we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available, should the delay be unacceptable you are welcome to change to an alternative product or to cancel the order, please contact us [email protected] with your order number. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Sometimes we are unable to fulfil orders because the items have been discontinued by our suppliers. If you have placed an order for an item that is now discontinued, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative product if one is available.

Payment

Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure checkout pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Switch/Maestro and PayPal. Klarna, Card charges will appear on your statement as “EBIKEPOWERUK.COM, We reserve the right to ship only to the registered address of your payment card.

You can pay by using our finance option. Please note that if you choose to pay by finance, your order will not be dispatched until all agreements and signatures have been verified.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates (If applicable). It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Due to the nature of the payment system your credit/debit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem with availability or delivery should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take a few working days to show on your account, depending on the payment provider.

If you have paid by card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, then payment will be taken up front.

For finance Klarna orders, it would depend on which finance option you have chosen.

Governed Law

E Bike Power UK Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery

UK orders are delivered via DPD couriers or our own vehicles. We reserve the right to substitute alternative services.

Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days from point of dispatch for UK orders. Once checked and signed for all goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is required to notify us, in writing, of any shortage, mis delivery or other discrepancies within 5 working days of receiving the goods, thereafter the buyer shall be liable for any such discrepancy. ([email protected])

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time between the order being placed and the order being dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, then please see our Returns Page for details of how to return.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order in writing (except for customized and special-order products) seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.

Reviews and Comments

We encourage you to leave reviews, comments, and product questions on our website. We regularly monitor this content, and we reserve the right to remove, reject or edit it at any time. When submitting information to our website as a review, product question or customer comment you understand that what you have submitted is not copyright protected and you are permitting its appearance on the E Bike Power UK website.

Liability

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third-party claims.

We will do our best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being dispatched.

Complaints

In the rare instance that you may need to complain, complaints should be sent to ([email protected]). We aim to respond to complaints within 24 hours, we aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as feasible so you can get back out riding.

Pricing Policy

Our pricing policy for the goods and services that we sell at E Bike Power UK, which includes labour for repairs, components fitted to repairs, bicycles, components, accessories and clothing is derived based upon the overall margins we need to make as a business to provide all of our valued customers with an extremely high quality of service.

We are continually investing within our business, across an array of areas including ensuring our workshop technicians have the latest tools and equipment and are frequently trained on the newest technologies, our stores are modern and welcoming, and that our colleagues are paid at least to the living wage level. We aim to charge a fair price for each of these services and products which enables us to continually invest in providing the services and customer experience that you have come to expect.

We recognize that we will not always be the cheapest and that you do have a choice. We very much appreciate the ongoing support of all our customers, and we hope to be here over the decades ahead to provide you with a premium service, products and advice across our online stores and via our multi-channel proposition.

Customer Rewards

You can earn Rewards on all products and servicing, except gift vouchers and shipping charges. We operate a base level of reward and run periodic promotions.

Customer Rewards Points are awarded when your purchase is paid in full and completed in store or when despatched for home delivery. Points can take up to 12 hours to be available to spend on your customer account.

Customer Rewards expire if there is no activity on your account for a year. If you do not accrue or redeem points for a year, your account will be deactivated, and points removed. We will send you periodic reminders of your available balance, so you will have plenty of warning before points expire.

All payment methods qualify for rewards accrual, however you will be unable to redeem rewards when you use PayPal checkout, as their gateway does not support.

Should you return an item, points awarded or spent will be reversed. If you have already spent the Customer Rewards awarded for the item you are returning, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

If you do not wish to be part of this complimentary loyalty scheme, please write to us (email is fine) and formally request to have your Customer Profile amended to exclude Customer Rewards.

Customer Rewards points are non-transferrable and have no cash alternative.

We would like to keep you informed of what’s happening at E Bike Power UK and within the wonderful world of cycling, with products, news, social activity, promotions and competitions; so when you transact with us online or in-store and provide us with an email address, you will be subscribed to our marketing newsletter and free customer rewards scheme on the basis of legitimate interest. You can opt-out at any time in the future by using the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing newsletters emails or contacting our support team.
We only store data for the purposes agreed with you and we use this data to provide the best possible retail and customer service experience. E Bike Power UK Returns Policy

Should the item(s) purchased prove to not be suitable or required E Bike Power UK have a very helpful returns policy. Please go to our Returns Page to see full details of our returns policy.

Any item, except food, face masks or e-gift vouchers (full e-gift vouchers T&Cs are listed on the respective can’t be returned to us for any reason within 14 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

Online purchases can be returned by post after completing the online returns form. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage.

If you wish to return your order to us, please keep the box it arrived & all the original packaging in and let us know using the returns form and we will arrange collection.

If you wish to cancel, return, or exchange an order please fill in the form below and a member of staff will be in contact within 48 hours to assist. Returns can be processed quicker if all required information is added.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected.

Please note:

1. If your order was sent incorrectly, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item. It is important that you the buyer are in on the designated day of the arranged collection.

2. If we have delivered the correct order but upon inspection, you decide the order is not the one for you, we will charge you £24.99 for collection. If you do not have the original box, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

1-3 days

Delivery estimates above are once the order has been dispatched and does not include the time taken for us to receive your item if coming from a supplier, or to prepare the order. Please order by midday for next day/am services, and midday on Friday for Saturday services. These estimates are based on in-stock items, please see the basket for the latest information on specific products and note the quoted delivery date estimate.

We use different carriers and services depending on the item, typically DPD, DHL, UPS, Fedex, ParcelForce couriers, which you will see in the basket. We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a more enhanced service at no extra charge to you should we deem it appropriate. For example, upgrading you from standard courier bike delivery to our personal delivery service.

This list is for guidance only and is not exhaustive, we will always ship via the most appropriate means.

We also do not ship internationally.

FAQ’s

What does “other warehouse” mean?
If an item is listed as in stock at “other warehouse”, this means that the location of the stock is currently with our supplier or in a secondary warehouse of ours. Although available to be ordered, there will be an additional lead time to receive into our main warehouse before despatch to you.

The Kit I want is showing as available to pre-order or backorder, but the estimated dispatch date is several months from now. Why is this?
The Kit is for pre-order, so we don’t currently have it in stock. The estimated dispatch date is when we expect to have it ready to be collected by our courier after it arrives in our warehouse.

How reliable are the estimated dispatch dates?
The estimated dispatch dates are based on the most up-to-date information we have from our suppliers. On occasion, bikes may arrive earlier or later than these dates. If you place an order, we will contact you if there are any significant changes to the original date.

The product I want is out of stock. When will you be receiving more?
If an item is listed as out of stock on our website, the best way to find out when new stock might be coming in, is to click ‘notify’ on the product page. You’ll receive an email when the product is available to order.

How can I change the delivery address on my order?
If you have paid via PayPal or Klarna, we are not able to amend the delivery address on your order.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email which includes your order number. If your order is for home delivery, you will receive a dispatch note with tracking details when it leaves our warehouse.

When will my order be delivered?
Please refer to your order confirmation for the estimated delivery window for your order.

Orders can be delivered 7 days a week depending on the selected courier. Most of our chosen couriers do offer a delivery window but tracking details will be provided when your order is dispatched. Delivery is usually the next working day.

How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch note via email. This will include tracking details for the relevant courier unless your order is to be delivered by our personal E Bike Power UK’s driver. In this case, they will contact you the day before to make sure someone will be available to take the delivery.

After my estimated delivery window, my order hasn’t arrived, and I haven’t received tracking details.
