The wholesale selection is only for select customers who have been verified by us “E Bike Power UK”

We do not offer aftercare or services to the end users. We trust the buyer to care of their customers aftercare.

We still offer the warranty to the end user as we “E BIke Power UK” have an agreement with the wholesale customers.

We are happy to establish wholesale relationships with brick and mortar retailers who will do justice to our brand and who know their eBike tech. Our wholesale prices vary item by item, but are approximately 30% off retail.

One of our biggest limitations here at E Bike Power UK. is tech support requests. Our support team provides tech support to hundreds of retail customers a day and we rely on our Dealers to be able to stand on their own two feet and shield us from their own customers. We can and will help you with support requests you have because we want everyone to succeed and be happy, but we can’t hand hold if that makes any sense. Dealers that are “high maintenance” typically lose their status and discount. If that is okay with you then read on!

When you sign up for this program as a reseller, you are agreeing to follow these basic guidelines:

* You agree to insulate us from frontline support for parts you sell.  Shipping between us is a burden.  To lessen it, we expect you would satisfy most customer issues from your own inventory, and consolidate returning repairs into a few seasonal shipments.  Ideally you would perform repairs like motor cable swaps locally, to avoid shipping heavy items. We are happy to provide all support required to troubleshoot and repair, but we would hope to be working with a competent tech under your roof- with tools and spares close at hand- rather than your customers. Warranty claims are made to us by you, not directly by your customers. Please do not send customers directly to us if you wish to keep enrolled in the dealer program.
* That your sales would primarily be local.  Drop-shipping is highly discouraged, except to satisfy the needs of kits sold locally.  This rule is relaxed if you are creating a machine not found elsewhere, but you are expected to support non-local sales.
* You agree to send us your registered business address for our records, and will update your address on your online account if you change it.
* If possible, use the online website at ebikes.ca to create your orders.
In terms of pricing, they do change quickly so our website is always the most current source (ensure you are logged in to your account). Single items such as the Torque Arms and Battery Mounts will show quantity associated discounts directly on the website. However, a few of our items will only show your dealer discount when you add the items to your cart because they are made from a bundle of different individual parts. For example a conversion kit and a battery.

If you want to inquire about higher quantities, or would prefer to use a direct ordering method, we can entertain this on a case-by-case basis.
